Hello, I’m Moyra Dake-Ojeisekhoba. A child development specialist, I’m here to offer you personalized guidance. My approach harmonizes evidence-based research with Christian principles to help children flourish. ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Ghana, my passion for children began long before I pursued it professionally. As a middle child, I found my place by caring for younger children in my neighborhood. At just eight years old, what started as a simple desire to help became a deeply joyful and rewarding experience. By the age of 12, I knew my calling was to work with children.
After my family and I moved to the United States, I continued my involvement in childcare, leading me to earn my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in early childhood education and child development. Now, with over 28 years of experience and countless hours of research, I specialize in bridging the gap between child development theory and real-world parenting and teaching. My goal is to translate complex research into practical, effective strategies that families can use every day.
My work is informed not only by my professional and research experience but also by my role as a mother. My husband, Andrew, and I have been blessed with three wonderful children: Caitlyn, Andrew, and Michael. This personal journey adds a layer of empathy and hands-on understanding to my guidance. I am here to empower you, as a parent or teacher, with expert, research-based, and Biblically-rooted guidance. Together, we can create effective strategies to support optimal child development and joyful learning, helping every child reach their full, God-given potential.

Our mission is to empower parents and teachers with the tools needed to create strategies aimed at supporting a child’s optimal development. Our Biblical based principles, and personalized plans provide constructive nurturing at every stage of a child’s development.

My work is rooted in the belief that children thrive when they are nurtured in safe, responsive, and faith-filled environments. Guided by Biblical values and evidence-based child development practices. I partner with parents and educators to support the whole child-spiritually, emotionally, socially, and cognitively.

Educating/Coaching Teachers
We guide educators in creating positive, inclusive, and effective classroom environments. Our coaching focuses on practical tools and approaches that foster student engagement, emotional regulation, and stronger teacher-student connections.
Faith-based Guidance
We integrate spiritual principles with practical guidance to support families seeking a faith-centered approach. Our sessions offer encouragement, Biblical perspective, and actionable steps to nurture both emotional well-being and spiritual growth.
Consulting
We partner with families, schools, and organizations to assess challenges, identify strengths, and develop actionable solutions. Our consulting services are tailored to help you create systems and environments that encourage learning, growth, and harmony.
PRICING
Individual sessions: $85 an hour
Group sessions: $245 an hour 10 or less people
Group session: $425 an hour 10 to 50 people
